Ivy working at the front desk was kind and helpful. Great costumer service, excellent communication with me on the process and progress of my car. When I picked up the car I noticed a few blemishes that I pointed out they promptly pulled my car back in a fixed the problem. You can’t even see a trace of the damage that was there before. The lifetime warranty on the repair was an added bonus. I would highly recommend Cascade Collision.

After dropping the car off,i was told i should only take 7 days. After working on the car the second, I received a text update message that it looked like it was going to take 14 days. On Friday the eighth day, I received a voice mail on my phone that car was done and ready to be picked. up with a cost lower than was on yje original invoice. I called them back and told them due to my schedule I wouldn't be able picked up until Monday. my wife also said they cleaned both the outside and the inside of her car. Looks great, Thanks

Gave me a fair bid. Told me if he had any problems getting my seized nuts off he would tell me after one hour. Luckily, they were able to get them all off and replace my bumper. Picked up my truck and not only did my new bumper look great, but they washed my truck too! BTW, was quoted over 2x as much at a competitor down the street (Fat Bob's) You guys rock! Thank you!
