Repairs took much longer than expected; timeline was extended once and still not met on time. When I expressed dissatisfaction, the manager told me he had already given me a discounted rate, which based on the original estimate was not a true statement.

There was a lot of communication and updates until the deadline for completion was missed--then no updates, no response to texts or phone calls, no head's up that it would not be done when promised. When I spoke with the manager, he took no responsibility and blamed everything on outside vendors
