Car was totalled so ins. Co. Picked it up so no work was done. Jeremy, however, was gracious to let it stay there over the weekend and let us in to empty our belongings. Shop was clean and organized as well so we will recommend if a need arises!

We recently had a great experience with Cascade Collision following an accident that resulted in thousands of dollars in damage to our brand new vehicle. A huge "thank-you" to Jeremy Black, our Customer Service Rep, who took care of us every step of the way. Jeremy was very warm and engaging, thorough, and patiently answered all of our questions. He was an excellent communicator and kept us in the loop. He was great at helping us understand the insurance company process. He made us feel valued, heard, and that we were in good hands at Cascade, which helped put us at ease. Work was completed in a timely manner; even earlier than what had been estimated. Our vehicle looks great and seems to be performing very well. We are grateful for fabulous humans like Jeremy and everyone behind the scenes at Cascade, who operate with integrity. We will definitely recommend Cascade and Jeremy to others!

Vehicle drives & performs well. I was told prior to pickup that the vehicle had been detailed, but when I arrived / made comments about it (cup holder was dirty) - I was told that it was 'not detailed', it was just 'wiped down'. However, upon further inspection, it looks like it was wiped down either. So while the mechanic work appears to be solid, the condition of the vehicle upon receipt was not as communicated.
