Everything went well with the repair and the communications during the repair. But, as information and feedback: The only minor drawback was that things seemed to bog down during the last couple of days waiting for my car to be fully finalized —(because the front bra covering installation was delayed for some reason, and it needed washing—not sure why that took 2 days from the day I was notified that my car repair was essentially completed ) Because of the delays, the car couldn’t be picked up until almost closing time. And, because of the lateness of the hour, enterprise was closing and they couldn’t drive me to cascade to get my own car (which I had left at cascade so I could get gas and return the rental). Leaving the rental car at cascade wasn’t an option because I would have been responsible for any damage to the car (which probably would have had to stay in the cascade parking lot overnight had I not returned it to enterprise). Anyway, the delays resulted in quite a bit of a hassle.

This is my second time having to use cascade collision. On both experiences, they have been very quick, responsive, informative, and easy to work with. They have provided updates through the entire process and worked to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. The finish work is also incredible, you would never have known there was ever damage to the vehicle. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jeremy and Kolton were both very professional and had answers to all my questions. As far as the work done on my truck I can’t even tell it was in an accident it looks better than when I drove it from the dealership. And never even expected them to care about the inside of my truck but they detailed the whole thing and my kids made a pretty big mess in it.
