I had to take my car back in because it had paint drips. They said it would be done in a day and it took a week. They offered to buff out the car and didn’t. Girl at front desk is rude and non helpful. I would not use this shop again.

I would highly recommend. My only other complaint was the charge for credit. I understand it, but I’m already paying my $1000 deductible, and the fixes were almost $5000, I’m surprised they felt the need an extra $20. But it was well communicated and it doesn’t make or break the deal.

Excellent repair, but the repair took a long time. Would have liked better customer service when we picked it up. for instance, key left on the seat - assume it is for locking nuts?
