I do appreciate you professionalism. I normally handle things like this but I had to work. My wife was treated well and felt like everything was explained clearly. The courtesy ride bringing her back home and having the car cleaned before it was returned to us was a big help. We had been on a trip and the car was a mess. Thank you very much.
