I would give a 10 for the work and the customer service. All was Great!!! However the car has a very large drip spot on the hood that none of us remember being there. It looks as though something spilled on it or a wet rag was left on it with chemicals. I do not have a picture of that area of the hood when it was brought in so I am just stuck with it. None of the family members remember this mark when driving it or bringing it in to the shop there. It’s too bad.

Jeff and the guys at Cass collision did an amazing job, there was a lot of damage to the rear end of the truck. they also did the job in reasonable time for how much damage there was, they had to cut the back part of the damage-frame and install a insert for the rear bumper and hitch, you cannot tell from looking underneath. They Also detail the truck inside and out. Keep up the good work and thanks again guys.
