I've used you guys before. I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee get fixed and I had to bring it back because the lift gate wasn't functioning properly after I took it home. You guys do great work, but there seems to be a lack of a "final check" before it's given back to the customer. Given that this occurred again, I don't know that I would. I would use you guys again because you do good work, but it's the small things that seems to be lacking here that I would be hesitant to recommend you.

After vehicle was complete my back up camera was not functioning correctly. I had to take it back to get it fixed. After I picked it up the second time I found a cover that belong attached to the inside of my swing gate sitting on the floor. It appears a tab piece had a snapped, I realized this after I tried to snap it back into place. I'm not sure why I wasn't notified of that.

It wasn't necessarily bad, my only concern is that there seemed to be a lack of a "final check" on my vehicle before it was returned. Otherwise, the back up camera issue would have been caught. Same goes for the missing piece on the swing gate of the Bronco.

I already have recommended family and friends to Cass Colision. Although I do not plan on getting into any further accidents, if I do, I will always go to Cass. No suggestions for improvement: you guys are the best!

I can’t say enough about Jeff Gallagher, and the professionalism he presents. As for the service, it was top-notch. My vehicle was in perfect condition when receiving, could not even tell it was in an accident. I would highly recommend Cass Collision for all your bodywork and painting needs!!!
