This was my second time needing Cates to fix my car. Both times have been exceptional. From the folks in the office to work being done I have not been at all disappointed. Beyond the people, the shop is clean and quiet. And, last, the work done. Dave Cates promised to "make my car pretty again". It's not just pretty it's beautiful.
