Cates has done work on my vehicle on 2 separate occasions now and they are truly wonderful to work with. They’re always willing to work my car in to ensure I’m without it as little as possible, they’re top notch with communication and overall customer service, and even over two years later they remembered me and kept my satisfaction top of mind. Cates is the only place I’ll take my vehicle to have work done!

My car looks great no complaints as far as how the car looks it exceptional. Couldn’t ask for a better job. But wish it could have been done in more of a timely manner it took around 19 days so I was definitely ready to get my car back.
