Car was clean but car charger was stollen. Also, thete is an issue with the work and they said they would call to schedule a fix for the following week to have it buffed out but thry never called and it is still not fixed.

I was told the work would take 1 full day, but had to really pressure them to get ot back before they closed on day 2. I kept telling him it was really import t to have an accurate timeline because it was our only car tht fot our car seats.

Repair work was great, the cds in my visor organizer and the iPhone USB cord was removed. Only the back bumper, quarter panel needed work. There was no reason to remove ANYTHING from inside the car.

Repairs seemed fine but leaving random screws in my cupholder and dirt in the car makes me trust the repairs less.

The staff is friendly but there seemed to be no urgency in getting the repairs scheduled or completed. If I had not stayed on top of them by calling for updates, I don't think I would have gotten a call to tell me my car would not be ready on time. Even on the day of delivery it was not ready on time. Chad was nice enough to wait for me that evening but that negatively impacted my appointments that day. That is the reason for the low rating.
