The repair looks great. There was a small fit issue causing the rear wiper to miss part of the windshield but once I let them know they had me come in immediately and it was fixed within 30 minutes.

One of the people I interacted with was fantastic every time, but the other was sometimes unhelpful and would promise a call back without ever following up.

As previously stated, I was not happy with the lack of communication with my car, the timeliness of the repairs, and the new issues with the car after receiving it (the new hum and radio no longer working). Additionally, I live more than two hours away.

If possible, I would give an 8.5. The car has a new hum on the side of the car which received the repair. Also, after getting my car back, the radio does not work.

This shop had my car for over 6 weeks. They got my car on 4/14 and said they would be able to have an estimate for me by the end of the following week. I didn't get an estimate until the end of the week after that on 4/28. After receiving my estimate, they said it would take at most 2 weeks for the parts and another week for the work. However, they told my insurance company the car would be ready by 5/10, which was less than two weeks away, so obviously, my car wouldn't be done by then. I called on 5/19 to get an update on my car. At this time, I was told my car was being put back together when they realized they were missing parts and needed to order them. I received an email on 5/23 claiming my car would be ready between 5/20 and 5/23. I am not sure why I received this email on the last day of the range provided but knew this was inaccurate based on my called with the shop. I received another email on 5/27 claiming my car would be ready between 5/23 and 5/31. This email ended up being correct as my car was finished on 5/31 but based on the previous email, I was skeptical. Overall, I was not pleased with the customer service. Either I was given incorrect information or I was not communicated with when the information I was given turned out to be inaccurate.

Caton was great. I had considerable damage to the left front panel, essentially ripped off. You did a perfect job. looks like new. You also helped with a new insurance company USAA which I would not recommend due to their response time handling the claim They seem to have lost track of it. Caton worked with the USAA to help us settle. You have been our "go to" body shop for a long time. Bob and I heartily reccomend Caton

I’m not sure if other auto bodies are open on weekends. But that’s the reason it’s 8 because it was not open weekends.

Billy was great. Literally was calling everyday but didn’t bother him. I deducted a point just because I was told different days almost each time I called. It got my hopes up which is why I kept calling haha. But customer service was great which is what always makes all the difference.
