Hi CDE, I need Chris the shop manager to contact me on the phone at this # on Monday. I dropped my rental car off last SAT morning 7/11 and drove home my Nissan. I just got a letter from Enterprise that a loss was filed on 7/11 for damage to door, roof and bumper of this car. This is absurd! I DID NOTHING TO THIS VEHICLE. Your employee kindly assisted me that morning in getting funds to pay my DED at the Chase because my debit card was stolen Thur night. After paying he assisted me in removing belongings from the rental car into my car. I need to see video (if you have it) of the rental car inside the entry of the CDE garage where I left it. It was parked just outside the service employees door to the office. This will show I dropped off this vehicle in perfect condition. Please call me this is an URGENT MATTER. 312-505-7408.
