The repair of my dent went well. But something got sprayed inside my car on the drivers seat area. It was a white filmy coating like a dense soap. No one said anything to me about it. I spent 2 hours this weekend trying to get it off. I got most of it off. It was under the steering wheel, on the inside driver's door panel including the speaker and on half of the radio controls. It was not on the leather seat part or the steering wheel. But some was on the steering wheel column, on the plastic area of the seat and a little on the side of the console. I'm guessing they had plastic on the seat and steering wheel. It would have been nice to know what it was. It's like they drove the car through the car wash with the window down or sprayed something on the door when working with the door opened.

It was a Volvo EV and there were long waiting in the parts to come, Victor did a great job of fixing everything! CDE collision is one of the best repair shops in NW Chicago suburbs. 100% recommended!

Appreciated the good communication as pickup approached and the team went above and beyond when I was running a few minutes late on Friday afternoon for pickup before close to make sure I could get my rental closed out and on my way with my own car (even calling me when I forgot my garage door opener and waiting a few more extra minutes for me to return and retrieve it. Grateful for the friendly service and help.
