Satisfied with the dent repair but not satisfied in the condition of the interior, especially with the 4-5in scratch to my leather steering wheel that wasn’t there when I dropped of the vehicle.

Brought it back the second time because was pleased the first time. But second time not so much given that there was damage to my steering wheel and was dirty on the inside as well when it was handed over to me.

I’m leaving this feedback at your request, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The repair took significantly longer than originally promised. As it turned out, the delay happened because the broken side mirror was simply not replaced in time, which should have been caught earlier. I’m also not satisfied with the paint quality. On one panel, there are multiple visible defects (around four spots), which look like dust or debris was painted over without proper preparation. Overall, this does not meet the level of quality and attention to detail I expected. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your processes.
