I’m leaving this feedback at your request, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The repair took significantly longer than originally promised. As it turned out, the delay happened because the broken side mirror was simply not replaced in time, which should have been caught earlier. I’m also not satisfied with the paint quality. On one panel, there are multiple visible defects (around four spots), which look like dust or debris was painted over without proper preparation. Overall, this does not meet the level of quality and attention to detail I expected. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your processes.

Thanks for reaching out! I had a 10/10 experience working with Mike and Jojo for my car repair. Mike gave me regular updates on the progress to keep me posted, the team tried their best to get my car back to me as quickly as they could, and the end result was wonderful!
