Dropped the car off 11/11/24 and was told we would have the car back on 11/25/24. Was then told it would be delayed because it had to be sent out for the struts to be fixed (why didn't they figure that into the timing all along?). Was told on 12/3/24 the car was ready, because I was traveling we picked up the car on 12/5/24 at 9:30 a.m. My daughter went to start the car on 12/6/24 at 3:30p.m. and it wouldn't turn over. This is where CDE was willing to tow it in and then they charged the battery to 80%. I had to talk to the technician 3 time on 12/6, 12/9 and 12/10 and throughout those conversations I was working to negotiate them paying for the battery which they refused any responsibility for draining the battery. I then asked them to give me the battery for cost with no installation charge which the technician agreed to, and then the next day said he never agreed to. This guy is either unethical or has amnesia
