C.D.E. Collision Center is, probably, not the fastest body shop, around, but they are the most meticulous and their attention to detail is outstanding.

Through no fault of C.D.E. Collision Center, it took awhile for my vehicle insurance provider to get my vehicle, which had to be towed from the collision site, to a vehicle storage yard, until a body shop could be contacted and hired to make the estimate and perform the repairs. I have had C.D.E. perform body repairs in the past and since the previous insurance recommended body shop did an incomplete job of repairing my vehicle, I decided to go back to C.D.E. which has, over the years, provided me with excellent body shop repairs. Once my vehicle had been towed to C.D.E. Collision Center, I was informed by C.D.E. that they had received and accepted my vehicle and that they would call me when their estimate was complete. I received the estimate within two days and the repair went forward from there. Everything looks good and a front end alignment that was performed by a C.D.E. contracted shop was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. The paint matching is good and the vehicle doesn’t appear to ever have been damaged. C.D.E. did an excellent job of repairing my vehicle. While I’m disappointed that another driver hit my vehicle, necessitating this repair, I’m very satisfied with the repairs that C.D.E. Collision Center performed on my vehicle.

CDE effectively kept me up to date on progress with the repairs. The repairs did cost much more than I expected, with a last-minute increase of some $500. However, the insurance company did approve.

Took closer look. Fasteners loose or not connected. Panels not fully secured. Panel junctions not mating correctly. Hood is not flush with grille.
