Very friendly staff. Noticed that my dashboard was cleaned upon pick up and that was appreciated as welll. Only point which confused me - perhaps it was something said in jest but I thought I was to be given a $50 discount due to markings on the rubber bumper which would not be addressed during repair. But there was no discount when Inchecked out.
