When you detailed the car. You must've opened up the lift gate manually shut it manually. It came off the rail. I was able to get it back on.

It took over 2 weeks to finish my car, and even then I had to call to express that I wanted it back. This has been the case the last two times. When I have had the car in the shop in the past, it has not taken nearly as long. Also, there was some kind of film all over the inside windshield that I have had to clean off. And there is some kind of film on the outside of the windshield that I am hoping will come off when I next wash the car. I have been coughing since I got the car back and I hope there was not some kind of toxin in the vents. I also had to have two discussions with staff regarding the fact that I did not have to pay a deductible because I was not at fault in either of the two incidents connected with this repair.
