Great dealing with Matt and Mike! Car looks terrific, repairs done quickly. Matt made sure that everything was explained and understood. Hope that I never have to refer the shop to family/friends because of collision damage; but you can bet that I will, if asked.

I was completely satisfied with the overall repair but if I didn't ask about writing a personal check for the deductible I would have been very upset if I arrived at the center & than was told no personal checks accepted the customer should be told up front. I know that you claim you are still the same management just a new name can't be because I had several cars repaired at Busse Auto Body,Inc. & always gave a personal check for the deductible & my deductible was $500.00 at the time not $250.00 like now.
