When the appraisal was done on January 23, I asked Mike Becker if CDE could touch up the driver's side mirror. He said that CDE would do so. When I dropped off the car, I wrote that on the outside of the envelope containing the keys. I also wrote that on a copy of the appraisal which was in the envelope. Despite asking for this THREE times, the work was not done. Ray Kolak 312-236-0646 ext. 312.

When I got the appraisal from Mike Becker on 1/23/16, I asked him to touch up the scratches on the driver's side mirror. He said that CDE would do so. I noted that on the key envelope when I dropped off the car, and also on the copy of the appraisal inside the envelope. Although I told this THREE times to CDE, the scratches on the mirror were not fixed.

They gave me my car filthy covered inside with bondo dust and scratched my car on the other side of my bumper then clear coated over it so they had to take my car for another day
