Job well done was the body work and matching the paint. Driving home the vehicle felt a little awkward it seemed to be pulling to the right on I-80. I’ll have to check that again when I get on a highway with no traffic as it was when I left C.D.E. Monday afternoon. So far that’s my only concern the way the car pulls to the right. I’m almost completely satisfied

If every auto insurance I’ve had on the last 30 years recommend C.D.E. you can bet your boots I’ll recommend to family friends that live in Indiana. I’ve dealt with 2 C.D.E. in Illinois and I have no complaints

The quality of the repair is very good imho Eric the repair planner did exactly what he said he would do or have done to my suv the day I came to sign for the repair work to be done. A quality used tire for passenger front tire, match the rim as close to the one demolished, match the specialized paint etc. The repairs could not be done in a timely manner because of the devastating storms that had power outages for weeks. Also I gave the survey a 9 rating. That leaves room for improvement. I’ve dealt with C.D.E. before in Illinois. It’s a reputable company and they do excellent work. Geico, Hartford and State Farm insurances will have C.D.E. as one of their referrals

It may have been time consuming the waiting but it was me that would pop up unannounced inquiring about my vehicle. Otherwise I was always treated with respect. Cindy the office manager. If it were possible to clone her soft spoken smiling voice and that smile and put it on the market. She and I would be billionaires.
