invoice pay system not very user friendly, our company has to pay this way sometimes. very troublesome if having to pay remotely

My repair was great and professionally handled. When i returned to my vehicle some things were not back into place. My snow brush was in my back window wnd things that were in the back like seat hooks ( pink) and car cleaning wipes. They were put in my trunk and not returned. I understand it was in the way of the repair but still needed to be returned. This was unfortunately the second tine i was there . I never said anything the first time but i had mini garbage cans … two of then that were bever returned. There was also a big confusion with the office staff that was miscommunication that totally made my experience very stressful.
