Would give a 10 but still some unresolved issues. The Finish on hood (not part of repair) was damaged. They said bring it in for them to look at it. So far have not been able to since they are 1/2 hour away. Also there is still a strong chemical or lacquer smell inside car which has not yet gone away.

Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Very nice facility. Again i still have an unresolved issue with repair itself which I hope they will resolve
