My main issue was not the repair of my car I was very satisfied with that my issue was that when I came to pick up my car after I had looked at the car and was very satisfied with the outcome The girl inside told me that there was going to be a survey and instructed me to only give her 10's not 9's but only tens! I thought that was very presumptuous of her And did not like the fact that I was told how to answer a survey! I would have given very high marks ! If this is how you handle a survey I don't see how it could be accurate
