The worst customer service I have ever received. It was SO bad that I decided not to have the repair done there and immediatley made arrangements to have my car retowed to another location after speaking with Mike and Cindy. Mike first told me that my car had not yet arrived since the tow on Friday when indeed it had arrived three days ago. Mike then suggested I COME PICK UP my towed car and schedule an appointment for a later drive-in appointment because he was overwhelmed with OTHER appointments. When transferred back to Cindy, she explained to me that Mike had responded to me that way because he was overwhelmed with appointments and didn't know which car was mine? The absolute worst experience. I will make no recommendations for collision experts
