CDE kept us informed of the progress of repairs throughout the process. When parts were delayed for an additional repair not originally noted, CDE representatives apologized and made sure to update us until all repairs were finished. When we were unable to arrive to pick up our vehicle prior to closing time, the manager was willing to stay until we could get there. Thank you for helping make what could have been a horrible experience less traumatic.

I was highly impressed with the speed of repair work as well as the daily updates. It allowed us to not only have a timeline for the completion, but as commuters to Iliinois for work allowed us to gameplay on when to pick up the car. 10 out of 10
