Cindy Oberc and few of the staff that I have encountered are awesome as always, I’ve been to this shop multiple times with multiple vehicles over the years but this last time I had a really bad/negative/awkward encounter with Connie Van Gilder, she had an attitude and made a routine situation very uncomfortable for myself and I believe Cindy too. Noticed not too much conversation with Connie and an attitude when dropping off my car and didn’t think too much of it. I picked up my car days later and she picked up right where she left off with the same attitude. I hope someone talks to her or I will even say to get rid of her. I would hate for anyone else to feel the way I felt that day.
