I have recommended them alot over the past years. I know I will not return there. Mr.Green is the only person at that establishment who shows respect and talks to people like they are humans.

I've used CDE in the past, and had no problems, but this time around it was awful. I just asked to get my vehicle back and I would fix it on my own. I missed not having my previous adjuster/inspector.

Mr. Knoblock was pretty much unwilling to answer my questions or hear my concerns. Just dismissed me. I assume it was because it was his final days of work, but I'm not surprised he no longer works for CDE.

Everyone at CDE Collison in Lansing was very nice. Robert my technician kept me informed and up to date with everything. Their customer service was awesome and they were very honest with me about my car concerns and damage as also informative about future services they would be willing to provide. They even threw in a few extra services at no charge to me. How awesome is that? I couldnt of asked for a better experience. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a professional, clean, reasonable auto shop with talented skilled technicians you can trust. No money scams here just good people.
