The van ran beautifully! This was the first accident since we bought it 4 yrs ago. Despite all of our natural little knicks and rock damage, this car looked brand new to us! At the Enterprise, they looked out the window and thought it was a brand new vehicle. Also, I was grateful that you went above and beyond cleaning it. It was really a relief. Thanks so much for taking great care of my wife's car.

My only concern is my husband had car straps in the trunk that were missing when the truck was returned. He spoke to someone and of course they couldn’t explain what happened. I am disappointed. There was no reason for anyone to look inside the car.
