The driver door was not fastened, the bolt was loose and starting to come out when I opened the door. My husband tightened it and I believe all is good now.

Customer service was terrible. Truck was returned with a leaking sun roof which cased water to be inside the truck, body filler stuck to the door handle and windshield washer lines not hooked up.
