I had a great experience here from start to finish. Kimberly was a great front desk person and she arranged a ride back home for me after I dropped off my car. The whole team kept me posted about the repair process with a very accurate timeline. Steve walked me through the whole work done on my car to replace the tailgate. I would say that I got honest, efficient and prompt service.
