Even with my current dissatisfaction I feel that they are one of the best in town. However, there is definitely room for improvement.

The truck is still not completely done. A push bar in front of the bumper is still not available? scheduled for installation? So I am not willing to address any part of the repair while it is incomplete. The vehicle is just sitting as the driver is not comfortable driving it without the push bar on it. Approaching 2 weeks and no contact to advise of eta of push bumper arrival and scheduling for final repair.

Dust was found on the dashboard, floor, cargo, and foot prints on seat!!!

After the repair, the car was full of dust inside and outside, and it wasn't washed. I found dust on the floor, dashboard, and footprints on the leather seats. The cargo was so dusty with substances like lint. After I voiced, they offered to clean, but I think it has to get done before it is delivered. I hope the management acknowledges their operation to get it right.

I was sent away with my car's key without saying.
