Dust was found on the dashboard, floor, cargo, and foot prints on seat!!!

After the repair, the car was full of dust inside and outside, and it wasn't washed. I found dust on the floor, dashboard, and footprints on the leather seats. The cargo was so dusty with substances like lint. After I voiced, they offered to clean, but I think it has to get done before it is delivered. I hope the management acknowledges their operation to get it right.

I have to admit, I am still a little skeptical after my experience with initially picking up my truck and seeing that the repairs obviously had not been completed properly. An 8 might be a little high while it is still fresh in my mind. The final condition of my truck looks good.

I would have been completely satisfied, if my truck was completed as-is when I came to pick it up the first time. I was totally dissatisfied when I came to pick up my truck the first time. The poor installation of the bumper made me question the competence of your shop to the point that I did not honestly think you would be able to fix it correctly. I contacted both Allstate and my insurance company to find out what options I had to have another shop fix what you had done. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised to see that my truck was fixed properly when I picked it up the next day. Now, I am completely satisfied with the final repair of my truck, but not completely satisfied with my experience with Central Body Works.

I was not happy with how things were handled when I reviewed the work on my truck the first time. I was unhappy with the lack of concern with respect to the misalignment of the bumper and the lack of confidence that it could be adjusted better. I was completely satisfied with how I was treated when I picked up my truck after it was fixed properly. The person that reviewed the repair was very knowledgeable and empathetic to how I felt about seeing the initial repair of my truck.
