Hi my wife thinks the lines between sides of the hood are off. The passanger side is tight to the grill vs the driver side... she worried about future damage. Also the right fender at the passenger door body crease is off a bit. I am not as concerned about these things... it is the potential mechanical issues that I think are probably going to come up that are never addressed with accident repair. I guess we need to consider the life expectation of the vehicle and what we can expect to get out of it... crashes always have cost and the insurance really dosent ever make you whole... maybe that is a good thing to make people pay attention.

The only thing that I dont like is the authorization process... that is not the fault of the shop I supposed and I do respect the effort to get the vehicle repaired and on the road. Also Central staff was good to me taking the time to show me the car torn down so I could see the issuess and kept me informed of the progress and repair part story. I think that should be industry insurance / repair shop standard, but think it may not be.
