The office/lobby has an odd set up with one lady in a window office who looks at you when you walk in and another lady who is behind computer monitors that doesn't look at you. I didn't know who to talk to and no one greeted me any of the times I went in. So I stood there deciding which lady to disturb for a moment before choosing computer lady. I would suggest covering that window if window lady doesn't greet people and moving the monitors lower so computer lady can see you come in. Either way someone should greet you and say be with you in a minute or how can I help you. It's strange that there are two ladies who seem positioned to greet and help customers yet neither do. That being said, everyone was nice once they talk to you. All phone call, text and email communication was excellent.
