Very nice, friendly staff! Would have appreciated knowing that I could have left the rental car with the shop when retrieving my car. I didn't know this and rushed around trying to return the rental car which was stressful since timing was tight at the end of the day.

The body work and the paint look great. But, the repair person didn't install the mylar cover on the bumper, hook up the back up alarm or, apparently, install the protective boot on one of the detector units on the bumper. We got a call first thing on my he next business day to complete the work and I am confident that everything will be completed properly.
