The repair was done very well and very professional. I know there was a learning curve because it wasn’t a Chevrolet, but the repair look fantastic and the Jeep looks as good, if not better, than when we bought it a little over a year ago!! I plan on recommending Central’s repair department to anyone that I know that needs body repairs or even mechanical repairs!!

I was very please with the service at central Chevy. Everyone who I worked with, either on the phone or in person at the collision center was very kind and went out of their way to help me. It was so great to receive such wonderful service especially since I’d never been to them before. I don’t even get this same level of service from the dealership where I purchased my last 2 chevy’s so when I’m ready to purchase my next vehicle I think I will definitely return to central Chevy. Very disappointed I found a lot of issues with my car I ain’t had before I was told my car had a dead battery when picked up ,inner passenger small head light had a broken/cut cable,one of my new car system speakers is scratched and I paid $1,000 for the whole set up and I can prove it through sound solution owner will on main st in holyoke and I all I got so far was excuses instead of replacement and responsibilities from this dealer I had to come out my time ,gas and pocket money to do temporary repairs on my car for I got stopped on 12/1/2023 for having a blown head light so very disappointed never again and I would like to get paid or repair for the demands on my car asap

There were repair questions when I picked up the vehicle but staff was able to rectify quickly and get me my vehicle fast Took about a month to get the repairs done because of setbacks with the parts, but other than that it did go smoothly
