There were repair questions when I picked up the vehicle but staff was able to rectify quickly and get me my vehicle fast Took about a month to get the repairs done because of setbacks with the parts, but other than that it did go smoothly

This is my second vehicle repair handled by Central Chevrolet and they always do great work. My vehicle was almost ready for pick up when another issue came up. It was handled quickly and repaired once they found the issue. Highly recommend this collision center.

Kathy and Max were awesome in the collision office. Aldo I LOVED getting in my vehicle when it was done and someone vacuumed and cleaned the inside. Super happy surprise for me.

I was completely satisfied with the body work that was done and dealing with Cathy was a pleasure once we connected. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the fact that it took almost 6 weeks to complete the job. That being said, I would recommend Central Chevrolet body shop. The work was excellent and getting it detailed inside and out made my truck look new. Thank you.

Team was knowledgeable about repairs needed to be done. It took a little longer than expected but I totally understand. The car was washed both interior and exterior was cleaned. Excellent service! Ms Valentino was very pleasant, helpful and thoughtful re speaking to ins supervisor Re my waiver as my claim officer was out of office. Thank you Ms V we appreciate you and the repair team. Collision staff knowledgeable. Ms. Valentino in the office is very attentive and shows a genuine interest in your well being: for me is was she contacting my insurance company to waive my deductible when I refused to pay the deductible from pocket. Whilst I was searching for the message from my claim officer she was on the phone trying to get supervisor to handle the matter as my claim officer was out of office. She did well!!
