The whole place is run as if each department is on its own and has no communication with each other. I dropped my truck off for a week and a half and yet and received 2 text stating it was done. When I arrived they had just started to change the oil and do the inspection (which it failed because the battery had been disconnected to preform the mirror change. The oil change and inspection should have been done when it first went in instead of sitting in the body shop. I had to argue with 3 people who were trying to charge me and billed me for a free oil change. Now I have to go to another place to get it done because it has to be driven 100 miles for the computer reset but I guess no one there knows that

I have know idea what was fixed. The car feels the same when driven and the lights that came on the dashboard after the accident are still on. I was told that all that was going to get fixed.
