The finished product for the minor repair is fine. You had my car for more than 3 weeks. You didn't even touch it for 6 work days. My rental wasn't arraigned on the day it was supposed to be. You pushed my completion date back twice. You only notified me with a one line auto text. I was contacted several times by Enterprise asking for full payment for the rental. My messages to you were rarely returned. Each and every time, over almost a month, I called and was asked to be connected to the Collision department (during business hours) I got a recording and was asked to leave a message. Communication and organization were about as bad as it gets. With the abundance of collison repair centers, I'd not choose this one again. I've also suggested to both insurance companies involved that they remove you from their lists. You probably cost them an extra $200 in car rentals. My car sat for at least 6 days without being touched
