Difficult to get staff to write down what needed to be done, so things were left undone. No one noticed my Emissions were expired. I asked to have my bed LED fixed and the oil changed... Both not done. I was told explicitly that my parts were in and to bring the truck down, Only to find parts were never ordered in many months since I reserved a spot in the shop. Took a bit to get a response on what happened. Everyone was very Kind and pleasant to deal with. I sensed a lot of pride and professionalism. But, I think I was just one of those jobs that fell between the cracks. You guys would know better if this is common. The ultimate job came out very nice, and the quality looks good. It wasn't a crusher just a lot of inconvenience when convenience is what I look for most. I now have to go get my emissions done and get my bed light fixed. Time is valuable to me. So I guess that is what frustrates me the most.

They handled all the contact with the insurance company and the repairs were made in a timely manner. My vehicle was returned in showroom condition.
