The vehicle was repaired with the wrong spare part, they did not put the chrome molding, and I had to wait additional days for delivery, which forced me to pay almost $200 for the additional days of vehicle rental.

Never once did they call to give me a status update, I had to call. The car took almost a month to repair which supposedly due to a part being ordered. Good work done but poor communication.
