The staff is great! The service was excellent and Shelby was absolutely awesome! When I called to updated information, she graciously answered every question. Not only were my calls not directed to voicemail, but she actually answered on the first ring! I am completely satisfied with the workmanship and with the fact I received a brand new parts! First thing I wanna say is they are absolutely amazing highly recommend. Communication was on point. They kept me updated and when I kept calling to check on my car they didn't get annoyed they was super nice and informative. When I picked my car up I almost cried because I missed it so much and the work they did was amazing she(my car ) was back to normal. they also cleaned my car which was nice of them. The one that was in charge of my claim was SHELBY i put Cap locks because she was amazing with explaining everything to me ,keeping me informed and just overall the experience to be honest. also my car was salvage tittle but they still worked on it which I was extremely excited about 😁I love this place.and I don't trust anyone with my car but SHELBY everyone that worked on my car thank you so much for the hard work it is perfection
