May be another Nissan center could do a better job on taking care of the vehicle while it’s being repaired. I’m very disappointed on how the interior was left. Specially the interior shiny plastic I don’t think it will ever be like it was.

The repair done to my vehicle’s door was extraordinary. I can’t even tell where the scratches were. However, my vehicle was not taken good care of. The interior of my vehicle seemed like it had white powder in many areas in the front. 1. To begin the edges around the repair door had chunks of powder. 2. The powder was also on my two front black mats. 3. It’s also on the passenger seat. 4. The black shiny plastic that’s inside on top of the passenger air vent and on the center of the controls to the ac and the gear shift handle —all of these don’t feel smooth like they used to before. Now they feel like if small particles are glued to the plastic. I’m very disappointed that Nissan didn’t take the necessary precautions to ensure that my car’s interior didn’t get damaged. I guess they just did the repair job without even covering and protecting the interior. I’m surprised because even a house painter covers the floor and furniture to protect it from any damage. I can’t believe that Nissan didn’t take care of my vehicle and only took care of the part that it was getting paid for.
