First csi rep said come in Fri morning but when I got there another rep said come back Monday because National did not want to rent car over the weekend. Also I agreed to text message notices. A message said car scheduled to be ready 9:30 thurs. So I when to car rental to return car I called csi to verify and told me car would be ready about 3. I called at 3:15 and was told ready about 5. I don't mind later time but not further update by text after 9:30 message. Overall 2 wasted trips but overall very pleased with service & repairs.
