I was told that I would be informed of the progress on the repairs of my car via e-mail. I did not receive any reports, e-mail or by phone. I was also told that it would take 3-4 days and it took a week. I worried that my rental car wouldn't be covered for the extra days. It was, but I wish you had communicated with me.
