The paint on the bumper does not match the car. I was told by my adjuster is because it’s plastic. It was plastic when it came from the factory and they matched. This is definitely assigned that the car has been in a wreck.. I’m not a body man. I don’t know the procedure, but I spoke to other people in the automobile body repair and it says just the application of the paint. i’m not sure what it is, but I want my bumpers to match.

Collision claims coordinator, Alonso, was fantastic!!! He was very knowledgeable about the process. He patiently answered all of my questions about what would happen throughout the process! In fact, Alonso could give some of the Service Department reps a few tips on how to treat customers!
