Great experience ! Alonzo was fantastic and provided excellent customer service by keeping me informed on the status of the repairs at all times !! He even offered to stay late after work if necessary in order for us to pick up our RAV4. The repairs to the vehicle were as expected - great !! Big thank you to all at the shop !
